This is a way to see each other before the next morning funeral

This will be a full in-ground burial with USAF honors and includes band, casket team, bugler, caisson, escort and firing party.

REQUIRED to arrive no later than 8:15am (45 min ahead of the 9:00am starting time) at the Administrative Office Building.
100% ID check for those over 16. No alcohol or firearms. Please see the fact sheet below for more information on security and entrance requirements or visit arlingtoncemetery.mil/visit/security.
If driving, tell security you're there for a service. Your car will be directed to a queuing lane specifically for Joe's service, which will be led to the ceremony.
If you are arriving without a car, you will need to join another guest's vehicle for the procession to the gravesite.
10 to 15 minutes before the service, our procession will depart from the queuing lanes to the gravesite location.
BUS PICK UP at the Sheraton Pentagon City for those needing ride, LEAVES hotel at 7:45am, so plan to board around 7:30am. It will be a full bus so please make sure you are there on time. Bus will stay with riders through funeral and return back to the hotel around 10:45am.
Arlington National Cemetery suggests wearing attire that is appropriate for the season, but also respects the dignity of the occasion. Proper footwear that allows mobility on hard and soft surfaces is recommended.

Please be there at 5:30pm to get your nametag, find your table, and enjoy the open bar.
Dinner will begin at 6:00pm. This will be a Chop House dinner buffet for adults as well as a children's buffet.

Open Bar from 5:30pm until 8:30pm, featuring Joe's favorite Margaritas as well as beer, wine and other cocktails.
Cash Bar from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

After dinner and before dessert, there will be a speech and video presentation followed by dancing to celebrate Joe being in our lives. Please stay and enjoy each other's company and share Joe stories.
In honor of Joe and his crazy sweet tooth, there will be a candy bar available throughout the evening and an icecream sundae bar along with two other desserts that will be served after the video presentation.
